Manchester Green Apartment Homes — Establishment at 167 East Center Street # 2B, Manchester, Connecticut.

I have been living here for almost 2 years now. Yes, parking is issue during the winter, but I never got my car towed...i just move my car before the plow the parking. I'm currently in bldg 5 - 167, living peacefully, however there was a guy, i dont know if he was on drugs or what, who moved in upstairs, he constantly called the cops and something he will knock at the door and threating my wife that he will call the cops. I dont know if the office kicked him out or he went to jail, but he no longer here. Anyway, I haven't really dealt with the office that much, but the maintenance dude is super cool and Linda is a nice woman too, but we are moving out once our lease is up in October, 2017.

Great location close to everything. Management takes care of everything and I liked all of my neighbors. I would recommend Mancheseter Green as a good place to rent. The heat is included and that saved me a lot of money from my other apartment.
