Disappointed. After a couple of home improvement projects with Tile America, how do they reward my loyalty?...By charging a $150 restocking fee for tiles that I tried to return after only 1 day. I don't understand why stores like this exist today when so many others offer such amazing customer service. If I had bought them at Home Depot, I could have walked in with half the tiles broken and still received a full refund. I guess that's the difference, larger stores like the Home Depot focus on long-term partnerships with their customers, while Tile America nickel and dimes their customers.
